I also compiled a JW Ham list from JW-DMR and Winlink users Skype group and added ones I have heard on the air during ECARN and the Rendezvous.
To be a part of the groups mentioned below you will need to verify you are associated with Jehovah's Witnesses.
Talk Group 319 is sometimes used by JW DMR users. They have a "JW DMR (en)" user group on Skype. DMR is a digital VHF/UHF mode. You will need a DMR digital radio for this and setup can be time consuming but there is lots of help available on Skype JW DMR (en), I know I needed a lot of help and they were very patient and eager to help.
The Win-link users have to move there freq. around a bit. The European group has a "Winlink emcomms (en)" group on Skype.
145.550 as the local JW simplex *QRG for 2M. *"Quick Reply Go to."
HF freq. 7285.0 kHz is used for Sat. 5:30PT USA ECARN(Emergency Comm And Relay Net) and Sun. 5:00PT Rendezvous. These Brother have a restricted Yahoo group called Area 5 ECARN Group. Last Freq I new was 14107 kHz 20m, but check in for the latest. Dec, 31, 2019 - They have been using 80 meters lately.
NOTE: Yahoo group now is email only and has no web access to posts available.

We need to adapt to the change in conditions, particularly concerning 20M. Hopefully this will work for most of you.
20M is not completely hopeless. If you are involved in an emergency and need to make a call outside your area, 20M may work by making contact with anyone that will make a phone call for you. Your call to a ECARN participant will get the communication started. Be sure to select the right band for the time and distance (most likely 40M or 80M). Know the bands characteristics.
Here are the times we would like to try:
Some of us have been trying 20M on Sunday afternoon (16:00 CDT). It has opened a little. You might want to give a call and see how propagation is.

It is my goal to get my HF radio going so I can both join in with the European Winlink group and the US ECARN HF group. I do have n EFHW antenna now. At this point I can only send\receive through K7VIQ@Winlink.org messages via the internet if I have reason to check. I can also only listen to ECARN by listening to SDR's around the US. I have had hope of getting a DMR hotspot working as well.
