About Cecil

   I am the keeper of the family 'O' scale train Marx set that Dad had as a boy and have expanded on my layout over the years by attending train shows.   I enjoy target shooting with muzzle loaders as well as boating.  I also enjoy Ren fairs, wearing the Clark kilt as my Mother was a Clark.  I along with Earl, Paul and Kathy love seeing sailing ships and would love to sail in the new system.  I am also a HAM radio operator(KB7ZXH) but along with Paul and Kathy I am not very active on the air.   I was named after a friend of the family, Bro. Cecil Mcraney who died of cancer in Dec. 2016.  I  own a trailer home that I purchased from the Bailey family on Fir Butte Rd. not far from the Allens.Place home where I lived a sa child until Parents moved to Oak Ridge.  When Parents moved back to Eugene to take care of Grandparents I lived at the Minnesota st. house until I bought the trailer home.
